Welcome to QUIKTOUR. By accessing our website, booking any tour package, travel service, transportation, accommodation, pilgrimage package, holiday package, or any related service offered through QUIKTOUR, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Corporate Entity: QUIKTOUR is a Unit of Future Owner. All payments, invoices, billing records, GST compliance, and payment gateway transactions may be processed under Future Owner and its authorized payment collection systems.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers including hotels, transport operators, airlines, railways, cruise operators, destination management partners, and other third party vendors.
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and issuance of confirmation from QUIKTOUR.
Package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel prices, taxes, government levies, transportation costs, hotel tariffs, or supplier charges.
Any revision in taxes or government charges shall be borne by the customer.
Passengers are solely responsible for carrying valid identification documents, permits, visas, tickets, health certificates, and other required travel documents.
QUIKTOUR shall not be liable for denial of boarding, entry restrictions, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete documentation.
QUIKTOUR acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, and other vendors operate independently.
QUIKTOUR shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays, accidents, service deficiencies, cancellations, strikes, weather conditions, natural calamities, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond its control.
QUIKTOUR reserves the right to alter, modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel any itinerary, accommodation, sightseeing activity, transportation arrangement, or travel component due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers shall maintain appropriate behavior throughout the journey. Any misconduct, unlawful activity, damage to property, or behavior affecting other travelers may result in termination of services without refund.
QUIKTOUR shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
QUIKTOUR is a Unit of Future Owner. Payments may be processed through payment gateways, bank accounts, merchant accounts, QR codes, UPI IDs, billing systems, and GST registrations operated by Future Owner.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
